We offer a 30 day warranty for defective bulbs. For shipping damage and shipping error, claim must be made within 48 hours after merchandise is received. Damage that is caused by incorrect installation, collision, negligence, misuse, or alteration is excluded from this warranty. All return merchandise must be in the original condition and package, and return must be pre-approved by us before returning. Shipping charge is nonrefundable.
