This unit is in used condition. It most likely needs a new prefilter as long with the hepa and coal filter inside need to be replaced. The purifier is fully functional and is supposedly one of the best air purifiers to reduce allergens and asthma problems. It is ready to use although, again the filters should be replaced as soon as possible.

Full Payment of Balance
Full payment of the balance owed is due within 7 days of the close of this auction. This includes all additional fees and taxes. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the item can proceed.

We will accept: Cash (in person), Money Order, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Pay Pal, and Call for more options. All payments must be made in US Dollars. Do not bid if you are not ready to have the funds available.

The buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the item is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the item leaves the lot.
Errors and Omissions / Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this item to you. We have tried to disclose all information known about this item for auction. Please be advised that used items will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the item prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Auction Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the item no longer be available for sale.
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 48 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the item or sell the item to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
