Here we have a used Bearcat BC-100 Scanner. It was functional when put in storage, though it is in need of a serious cleaning, as the previous owner used it in a smoke filled home.
The battery does NOT hold a charge that I know of, but I do NOT have a charger to try this out with, so I am selling it AS-IS - That is why the price is so low.
