Late or non arrival of items
Please allow 18 days for delivery before informing us of non arrival.( The Royal Mail will not take responsibility until then.) Please can you also check at your local Callers (sorting) Office or with neighbours before contacting us; as occasionally missing parcels have been known to be with them or placed in coalsheds or behind bins etc.
If items are returned to us due to ‘not called for’ we will only re-send if further postage payment is made.

You can collect Saturday Tuesday @ Havant Market,Sunday @ Ford Market or Monday @ Cosham Market, with at least 3 days notice to ensure items are available to collect.
