This is a Classic old Scanner...made in 1976...and still in use today. I got this with a few other Scanners and don't really need it. (Since I already own 3 Hand-Held Scanners) This radio comes with (4) New Duracell AA Batteries, (4) Crystals, 6" rubber antenna, and an attached Belt Clip. Not sure if these Frequencies will work in your area, if not, you'll have to put in your own local Crystals. As you can see in the pictures, the scanner DOES WORK. Not like the way I received it. There are a few small scratches on one side of the case, but it's not that bad. This is a nice radio for the money.
