You are bidding on a Broadband Digital Cable TV Box, Xtv ITVN Receiver model # DV200S Broadband IPTV Digital Streaming Television Receiver. This receiver was used for the Xtv broadband digital television service and has the Xtv logo on it as well as the remote control. This service is no longer in business. This receiver worked well when they were transmitting their programming over the internet. This receiver gets its signal over the internet and displays the picture on a standard or HDTV. NOTE: Since the ITVN cable company is no longer in business or providing TV channels to watch I am not sure what channels, if any, you could receive. That is why we are selling this unit "AS IS" with "ALL Sales Final" This receiver is not broken, the service is just down. This receiver is extremely clean and in like new condition. The DV-200S Package comes with , Receiver, Remote Control, A/V cables, Power Supply and Instruction book.

All items are considered used unless specifically stated as “brand new” in the description above. The winning bidder agrees to pay all shipping & handling costs. Win more than one of my auctions and combine shipping for savings. Some items may be too large to combine. I quote expedited shipping with tracking. The only faster service is next business day at an astronomical price but can be accommodated at the buyer’s request and cost. Local pick up is NOT an available option.
Seller not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed items through the mail since insurance is available at buyer‘s request. The winning bidder will find that I package all items very well. Returns are accepted at buyer‘s expense within 7 days of receipt and item must be in the same condition as it was when originally packaged. Refund will be given as money back only since exchanges are not possible. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable either way. The same care must be given to a returned item by using the same shipping materials and postal service with equivalent tracking service or claim will be denied. Measures are in place to discourage anyone from switching items or swapping out internal or external parts before returning. Switching or swapping items and or parts before returning the item will logically result in a denied claim.
Winning buyer must complete the eBay checkout procedure accurately or shipment of item will be delayed. I prefer money orders and certified checks. Paypal is acceptable too. Payment is due within 7 days of the end of the auction date. Auctions will ship to registered verified eBay/PayPal addresses only.
