This item is packed in it's retail packaging and shipped in a plastic sachel. The retail packaging may be damaged in transit, please be mindful of this.

4. This product will ship within 30 days from the date of purchase, irrespective of the shipping service selected and paid for. Please email us if you would like an estimated shipping time on a particular product prior to purchase.
5. Whilst we stock this product, fluctuations in demand may cause temporary stock shortages. Please contact us prior to purchase for an ETA if your purchase is urgent.
6. Payment must be received and accepted in full within 5 business days from the purchase date. Payments submitted incorrectly (for example, cheques with no order enclosed and bank transfers without the order number as a reference) will experience delays and problems in processing and fulfillment.

8 . Buyer pays shipping, handling and insurance in addition to the purchase price. No responsibility taken for loss or damage in transit if insurance is refused. Pick ups are not possible.
