- Whenever possible we combine shipping! It often costs much less to ship 2 items together and we are happy to pass along the savings to you. Sometimes an item is too large to combine shipping. An item is eligible unless it specifically says otherwise in the item description.
- We try our hardest to ship by the 3rd business day, we often ship by the next business day, and sometimes we ship same day.
- Scheduling a local Pickup is available at our warehouse location in Franklin, TN only on Monday Tuesdays 11am - 4pm. Please schedule through email.
- We now ship to many countries all over the world
- We support our troops!! We gladly ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes
- There is a 9.25% sales tax for all sales in Tennessee including pickup orders
- Please make online payment via our online checkout only. Our checkout system does not collect any passwords or credit card information from you! The check out process is designed to communicate with eBay to confirm that a payment has been made and cleared.
- Please arrange payment within 3 days of auction end. If payment is not received within 10 days of auction close item will be re-listed, we will report unpaid item to ebay, and request final value fee.
- We do accept money orders/personal checks although item will only be sent once check clears. When you win an item instructions will be sent on how and where to send payment. We do not accept checks or money orders for local pick-ups. Also, money orders are not elligible for cash refund. Store credit will be given instead.
- If you will be near our warehouse location in Franklin, TN then you are more than welcome to pick up your item. In that case cash is available as a form of payment although we do not accept a check or money order in person.
- Paypal is our preferred method of payment and your item ships out much quicker when you use paypal. When you have completed the CHECKOUT, you will be redirected to Paypal to fund your transaction. You will notice that after the redirect, the URL will change to Paypal.com. Once you are here, our checkout system is out of the mix, and your security is assured by Paypal.

If for any reason, you would like to return an item please contact us first. If we have made an error in our listing we will accept your return and refund the purchase price of the item including shipping. Just send us an email or call and we will send you a prepaid shipping voucher to make things easy on you. No refunds will be made until we receive the returned item. Once we receive the item, we will refund money within 7 business days. If your item was described properly in our listing but is not what you want, we will still accept your return and refund your purchase price not including outgoing shipping. This does not include money orders which will recieve store credit.
Items that are marked AS - IS generally are not eligible for return, unless the auction was listed improperly.. Contact us via email Monday through Friday, 10am - 5pm and we will guide you through the return process. We will do our best to respond to your emails as promptly as possible, however if you have emailed us after business hours we will try to respond the following business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. No refunds will be made until we receive the unwanted item. Once we receive the item, we will issue your refund within 7 business days. The item must be returned in the same way it was sent. Returns cannot be made if an item has been altered in any way. We reserve the right to replace item(s) before refund.

Sometimes we are unable to provide a full test on each product...That does not mean item is not functional, however we may not have the full capability to test item's functionality. nbsp; If that is the case the item will be sold AS-IS.
