We have heard all the excuses. If payment has not gotten to us within 10 days we WILL file a non-paying bidder alert NO EXCEPTIONS! We ship all orders over TWO-pound via UPS. If your item is shipped by UPS you will receive a tracking number. Items under one-pound generally ship via FIRST CLASS MAIL OR PARCEL POST. Exceptions are large books that ship via Media MaiL. All USPS shipments are sent with Delivery Confirmation.
You will receive an email from us when your order ships. The email will have a copy of your tracking number, if you order shipped via UPS. The tracking number will allow you to track the progress of your shipment 24 hours a day at the UPS website. PLEASE NOTE: THE EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE ADDRESS LISTED WITH PAYPAL OR EBAY, tracking numbers and order status updates will not be active until after 8pm CST on the day of shipment.
All of our orders ship within 1 business day and usually the same day. We would appreciate it if you could let us know that your package has arrived with some good feedback.
