Returns
Defective goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Please contact us to get a RMA number BEFORE sending out your exchange. Goods without RMA number will NOT be accepted. Please write the RMA number on the returning package. It is important to declare your package as a "Product for Return" on the Customs Declaration Form, and also $1 as the commercial value. We reserve the right to refuse any returns for our reasons. We will not be liable to customer for any damages beyond the amount of money that customer has actually paid us.
