Canon tuner-timer VT-30 & portable video recorder VR-30
As seen in the attached photo,
This set consitst of two units, a tuner-timer and a 4-head stereo VHS video recorder. The recorder has the standard eject/rew/play/ff/rec/stop/pause/slow buttons, an audio dub button, SL/LP.SLP speed switch, T120/T160 tape switch, and a round female 5-pin remote connector. There's an LCD for counter and battery. On the side is a round female 10-pin camera connector, 1/8" phono connmectors labelled mic L, mic R and audio out, two RCA connectors for video in and out, and a set of switches for audio select L/L+R/R, NR on/off, stereo/mono and CH3/CH4 camera conv. On the back is a compartment for a 12V battery (not included) and a connector for the included timer/tuner.
The tuner-timer unit has buttons labelled QTR, standby, 2-13, A and V. Under a panel on the front are additional buttons for setting the timer and clock, and under a panel on the top are a number of other controls of unclear function. There appears to be an IR sensor on the front but no remote control is included. On the back of the unit are two coaxial connectors for VHF in and out, three RCA connectors for video and audio left/right input, a round five-pin female connector labelled "aux", and four wire binding screws for UHF. The tuner-timer takes 120V power and has a cable to connect to the video recorder.
