Thanks for bidding on my auctions. I am a registered, bonded live Auctioneer, Colonel JB Thomas. I am licensed in multiple states. I am one of the only true licensed and Bonded Auctioneers on Ebay. I do Ebay on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. I do Live Auctions Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Shipping and questions are done on M, W and F. Thanks again for bidding. After the auction ends, the winning bidder will receive an email invoice from Paypal.com. If for some reason you don't receive one, this auction page and the confirmation from Ebay will serve as your confirmation. All payment information, etc. is on this page and there will be no excuses about not receiving email from us. We are having to put this policy into affect due to the large volume of people who have mail blocks, or full mailboxes or servers not working with other servers, and all the undelivered mail we are receiving, WE CANNOT CONTROL THE EMAIL SYSTEM. Please Note You May Disregard This Email If You Already Have Paid.
Payment Policy:
Please make sure that all transactions include the auction ID# of all auctions you have won with us.
Paypal is our preferred way of payment but we also accept Money Orders cashiers checks, No personal checks accepted. (If you insist on sending a check, , please take note that the check will be held 10-12 days after deposit, and item will not go out until then, no exceptions.

WE MUST RECEIVE PAYMENT WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, unless other arrangements have been made, SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY! Any deadbeat bidders will be reported and negative feedback will be left for the bidder. We do file final value fee refunds.
Shipping Policy:
All items are shipped UPS with Free Insurance up to $100.00 and Free Tracking.. Shipping prices quoted are for the 48 contiguous states only. ( We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico for an extra fee.) These prices include not only the shipping, but confirmation, packaging materials, and a handling fee, as we are a company and not an individual. All items will be shipped UPS. We will need a physical address for UPS orders. UPS will NOT deliver to a PO Box.
Insurance and Tracking Are FREE up to $100.00. UPS shipments are insured.
Packages go out Daily, please note, we are not open weekends, so nothing goes out on the weekend, this is regardless of how you pay. Paypal payments go out same day ( before 2:00 pm est. ).
You should receive a shipping confirmation letting you know it has been shipped, however if there is an email problem as stated above, this could cause you not to receive one. We also ask that you don't request tracking numbers until at least 5 working days after item has went out.
Combined Shipping Charges:
If you have multiple items bought during one auction and you want to combine shipping . That is great. Our policy is . All items that will fit in to one box can be combined. Take the highest shipping package and deduct 50% from all other packages going together unless otherwise stated.. Add these together and this is your new shipping rate. Please make note of this on your payment or we will never get the message. Some items do not follow under this policy, heavy items can sometimes be combined, if you are bidding on a heavy type item, then email us for shipping charges and include address. We will let you know if charges can be reduced. Some of our auctions are a flat rate no matter how many items you buy. Please disregard ANY invoice you may get stating otherwise. Ebay and Paypal are not up to speed yet to accommodate my unique offers.
Feedback Policy:
All completed transactions receive positive feedback. Please leave feedback for me also as this helps future buyers. If you are not happy in any way please email me with concerns before leaving feedback. I have had bad feedback because customer did not bother to look on her back porch. NEGATIVE feedback will be posted for failure to honor your bid!
