“AS IS” WARRANTY
Items sold “As Is” will not be warranted under any circumstances. The item is described to the best of our ability. No returns, refunds, support or warranties of any kind will be considered for any item sold "As Is". There is no warranty on software. We will replace any bad discs only! This is due to licensing agreements and product activation.
“DOA” WARRANTY
A “DOA” Warranty is a basic guarantee that the item will not be Dead On Arrival. If the item will power up upon arrival, then it is not DOA. These items may be new or used. This is a limited warranty and does not cover performance or appearance. This warranty is ONLY valid if buyer purchases Postal Insurance. If buyer does not purchase the additional insurance on shipping, warranty is void.
“7 DAY” WARRANTY
A “7 DAY” Warranty is a guarantee that the item will be fully functional for a period of seven days upon receipt of item. These items may be new or used. This warranty is ONLY valid if buyer purchases Postal Insurance. If buyer does not purchase the additional insurance on shipping, warranty is void.
PAYMENT TERMS
Forms of payment accepted are: Paypal. Payment must be received within 5 business days from the end of auction. We will file an Unpaid item dispute with eBay if payment is not received per our terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please email ebay@JSMComputers.com.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted with our RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) clearly marked on the package. To request an RMA Number, please email us, type "RMA Request" on the subject line. An RMA number will be issued up to 7 days after you have received the item. It is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back to us and to insure that the item is not damaged in shipment. Any item that arrives at our location without a RMA Number clearly marked on the package or is damaged will not be accepted. PLEASE NOTE: Replacement items only. We will only refund money if we are out of stock on item.
SHIPPING HANDLING
Shipping and Handling charges reflect actual USPS shipping charges, cost of shipping materials, and fuel costs. Please use the Ebay shipping Calculator to determine shipping costs unless otherwise noted. We do combine shipping; the shipping calculator located at the bottom of the ad does provide discounts on quantity purchases. It is the buyers’ responsibility to purchase insurance that is offered. If the buyer does not purchase insurance, he/she assumes all responsibility if the product arrives damaged by USPS/UPS. We highly recommend you purchase the insurance as a safe guard. Any product that does not obtain insurance will automatically void all warranties provided. We will ship out orders on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and some Friday’s. These are our ship out dates unless they fall on a holiday and then your order will be pushed back to the next ship out date.
