HF CB Radio RECEIVING BOOSTER
American Electronics, powers up, but I have no HF rig anymore to test that it still works. Back in the day, I had this setup with an archer 5/8 ground plane up about 18 Meters off the ground with a good earth stake, and a set of headphones, I could successfuly have a conversation with a mate 140KM away on AM, groundwave.
This unit does NOT boost the transmit power at all, only recieve.
If you are near a power station or in a RF noisy environment, it probibly wont help as you will just amplify that noise more than the signal you are trying to recieve.
