Good condition.
I am selling a used Panasonic PV-4560 VHS player.
The unit is in good condition. No remote included.
Ready for it's new owner.
Shipping
I will ship this item via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority with delivery confirmation. If the item in the auction is a form of media, I will ship USPS media mail which is cheaper. I only charge the base calculated shipping for the item, no mark ups. If you want it shipped overnight (USPS Express) you must contact me after you win the auction, tell me you want it overnight and I will re-calculate the postage and send you a PayPal invoice for the new shipping ammount. Some auction items are large enough that I may use UPS Ground. I will provide a tracking number for the UPS shipment if it is utilized.
I WILL NOT ship overseas. I am well aware of scams etc.. so I will not ship unless the item is paid for.

I take time to carefully describe what I am selling . After careful reading of the entire description, rather than making a potentially incorrect assumption, if any statement or comment is unclear, or if you have questions, please e-mail me prior to bidding.
At Close of Auction
The successful "winning" bidder must contact me within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction.
As per eBay rules, full payment must be received within 7 business days of the end of auction. Payment must be either by Pay Pal to mattsaddress@aol.com, cashiers-check or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, I will sell the item to another bidder on a first-come, first-serve basis and file a NPB rport so I can get my listing fees back.
A note about feedback extortion. eBay, in their infinite wisdom has now tipped the scales of fairness over onto their sides with now allowing only the buyer to leave negative feedback. I have had feedback extortion tried on me twice now and I will NOT cave in and allow a buyer to steal an item from me, nor will I refund payment and let the buyer keep the item. If you plan on trying feedback extortion with me, I would rather take a negative and have my account closed than let a buyer get away with what is essentialy theft. I can sell everything just as easily at a garage sale or on Craigslist.
