Regency Monitoradio / Executive scanner with 10 crystals in a bag. I’ve no idea what, if any crystals are also installed. I’m really not sure if this works or not. When I turn it on, all I get is static. I can’t seem to make it “scan”. The channel lights light up when I poke the buttons, (most of them do anyway!), but I can’t make it scan by itself. Came from my great uncle’s estate, so I can’t ask him if it works. SOLD AS IS. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON! I’ve told you all I know about it. Includes scanner, at least 10 crystals, antenna, and power cord. Nothing that isn’t pictured is included. Fixed shipping/packing/insurance rate stated is for lower 48 states. Please double for Alaska and Hawaii.
