This is a vintage Victor electronic adding machine. It is in good working condition. I don't think the ink has ever been replaced and is very light. It comes with a roll of paper. This machine has not been used in a long time, so the paper has yellowed some, and should be replaced. The plug only has 2 prongs. The ground prong was broken off, probably to be used on the old style 2-prong outlets.
